Empanelment at ODR India Portal is available for the following categories:
(1) Individuals, or/and
(2) Firms/Companies.
Non-refundable registration fees for individuals is Rs. 10,000 (one time registration fee) plus Rs.5000 for 1 year with a maximum of 5 years. So registration fees for individual for 1 year would be Rs. 15,000 and for 5 years it would be Rs. Rs. 35,000. If the registration is expired due to any reason, fresh registration fees (as applicable at that time) would be payable again. So it is beneficial to register for 5 years at a time to avoid any expiry issues.
Non-refundable registration fees for firms/companies is Rs. 20,000 (one time registration fee) plus Rs.5000 for 1 year with a maximum of 5 years. So registration fees for firms/companies for 1 year would be Rs. 25,000 and for 5 years it would be Rs. Rs. 45,000. If the registration is expired due to any reason, fresh registration fees (as applicable at that time) would be payable again. So it is beneficial to register for 5 years at a time to avoid any expiry issues.
